Floating brackets are useful when building a treehouse spanning across two trees or a pole(s) and a tree or trees. Each tree needs to be able to move independently or structural damage could/will occur to your treehouse if a floating bracket isn't used to isolate the trees from each other or from fixed posts. Made with 1/4” steel plate, 1/2” thick UHMW for the bearing surface, and a tough textured black powder coat finish. Only for TABs with 9” perch or longer, or 1.25”x15” lag bolts.
