Quick to the point review.PROS : Easy setup. : Fully custom comfort. Good tilt, recline makes for great comfort. : Rolls so good on any surface. : LOOKS damn good.CONS: Seat is a tad stiff 1 week into usage, : Head pillow is fine, but i had to remove the foam and add filling to the lumbar pillow, as it was VERY stiff. : Cant really cross legs, this is ok as crossing legs in a chair is bad for posture, however, if you want the potion, this chair does not allow that with the shape of the seat. : Armrests although comfy, are only padded with a very stiff thin foam like top. Has a small amount of give, but could be better.CONCLUSION. Is it worth $300? Yes, it had build quality better than any other chair iv sat in, and has great vertagear warranty.

This Chair is very comfortable. I had a Dual Spinal Fusion in April, so I needed better back support! This Chair is excellent for lower back support. Only issue is that one screw on the bottom does not line up. It this screw hole lined up this Chair would be 5 Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, but it only gets 4.🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a great looking chair. The customer service from 4GameGear was great, and proactive. They actually contacted me to say the wrong base may have been shipped with the chair, and they already had a replacement one in the mail to me before I even got the chair. I agree with other reviewers that the contoured leg positioning is not very forgiving and a bit restricting. Assembly was very easy .... until one last screw that just wouldn't set. It was just a hair off. The DeWalt drill fixed the issue.

So easy to put together easier then the AK Racer chair totally what I wanted and expected perfect brand and chair.

The chair arrived severely damaged - yet the package/box was fine. The plastic parts attached to the back of the chair were shattered. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the bolt holes do not line up properly and it is very frustrating that a chair with only 8 bolts to assemble can be so difficult. And one of the bolt holes just won't accept the bolt. I suspect someone had tried to assemble this chair and had forced a bolt - which then altered the grooves. So i'm wondering if I had actually received a returned product and not a new one like I had ordered. This chair is being returned. Be forewarned...should only take 5 minutes to assemble, but plan on at least an hour trying to get bolts to line up and thread properly.

Well, the build quality is alright, but I can't say it's comfortable. Even though the seat cushion is thick it's very stiff. The same applies to the neck cushion and lumbar support. I've had to take them off, but now the seat is very unergonomic. I wish I've chosen a different brand.

I can only give it four stars because it really IS as hard as the reviews said - and could be seriously improved with a bit more cushion on the seat, not to mention the back as well - but don't get me wrong, aside from that, I love the chair ... caught it on sale for $395 with free shipping, assembly was a breeze - aside from kat having to inspect every step and part and slowing me down - chair was easily assembled in 20mins ... knowing what a high-end office chair goes for these days, this is a pretty good deal for what you pay for ... and it is a great looking chair.*** added note for some:saw many complaints about the memory-foam lumbar pillow being way too hard and doesn't soften up easy ... I found it a pain as well, so pulled out the foam pillow-core, took an electric carving knife (easiest and just like cutting bread or turkey!) and sawed off 1/2 an inch of foam then put the pillow-core back - solved the problem nicely.final words ... >> pay attention, Vertagear <<- good enough product to deserve a revision in another upgraded version- more padding on seat and back please- needs a position-lock for the reclining feature, to hold an angle of tilt- good looking chair, great selection of colors avail- actually comfortable even with the limited padding issues- quick easy assembly- fair price for what you get... I'd definitely buy another one if VERTAGEAR addresses the padding issues

Habe den Stuhl jetzt seit ca. 1 Jahr und 4 Monaten.Zunächst war ich vollends zufrieden mit der augenscheinlichen Verarbeitung und dem Sitzkomfort.Allerdings begann sich nach etwa einem 3/4 Jahr ein Riss auf der Sitzfläche zu bilden. Da ich oft im Schneidersitz (ohne Schuhe!) auf dem Stuhl sitze, rechne ich das dem Stuhl aber gar nicht mal unbedingt als Mangel an.Problematisch ist allerdings folgendes:Gestern habe ich mich beim Strecken nach hinten gelehnt, woraufhin der Stuhl neben der Sitzfläche (kurz vor dem Verstellhebel für die Lehne) schlichtweg gebrochen ist. Besonders ärgerlich, da die einjährige Herstellergarantie kürzlich abgelaufen ist. Das darf bei so einem Anschaffungspreis mMn nicht passieren.Als störend emfinde ich auch die von Beginn an wackeligen Armlehnen.Würde den Stuhl nicht noch einmal kaufen und dementsprechend auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Assembling the chair was fairly simple, except the back part which took a bit more time. The chair is silent, feels robust but does not fit a 6 feet tall man. I don't consider myself fat (slighly overweight maybe), but my 200 pounds butt does not fit confortably in it. I would advise against getting this if you're 6 feet and above and not skinny. Otherwise, go for it, good chair ;)

Schnelle liferung durch Amazon.Monatge war schnell durchgeführt.Die Sitzhaltung und vorallem die Unterstützung im Rückenist bestens. Man sitzt einfach gerne auf dem Stuhl; sehr gutes Sitzgefühl.Leider ist eine Abdeckung auf der rechten Stuhlseite bereits herausgebrochen (nur optische beeinträchtigung); ich werde mich an den Hersteller wenden, und um ein Ersatzteil bitten.

I really only can give it two stars and the biggest reason is not because of the chair just because of my preference and I didn't fit. Visually it looks great...on the Amazon picture. The picture makes the butt seat look way more plush and comfortable almost like it was photo shopped. I do have to say that the green looks lighter toned in real life as well.The biggest reason I do not like it is I am 5 10' and float between 200-220 lbs, I am not a big guy but that 14" seat, between the wings, was too small for my butt. I tried playing for about an hour and I honestly could not stand after because my legs had gone numb.The PVC material just does not appeal to me, I am more of a fiber person.What a disappointment, I was really looking forward to this purchase. It wasn't a prime object so I had to wait a week. I am so glad that I do have prime because I only had the chair for 48 hours before I had to return it. I couldn't imagine having to pay the shipping fee to really be doubly disappointed.
