Lagunilla is one of the oldest and finest names in Rioja. Known for its consistent quality and range of wines, Lagunilla is at the forefront of modern wine-making technology whilst at the same time mindful of the tradition and history that has made Rioja one of the classic wine regions of the world. The must is fermented at a maximum temperature not exceeding 28 C. It is aged in American oak casks for a year and then a year in bottle. Total ageing period of 24 months prior to release.
