The disc has a practical 30 mm hole that allows you to additionally use the weights on dumbbells or barbells with the standardized rod with a 30mm / 1.18” diameter. The weight plates have a plastic gripper that is gentle on the floor and other fitness equipment. The ergonomic handles on the sides also allow you to hold them in your hands, without using any bar- for example, for functional training.
